• List of Guest / Guest (Guest List):
Make a guest list and first inform the guests coming from outside the city by phone. And ask them to book their tickets.
Also, ask them the date and time of their arrival and departure. Do not feel shy to ask as these are important for the convenience of your guests.
Accordingly, make proper arrangements for their stay because the hotel or Dharamshala is not easily available on wedding days. Therefore, book it in advance for about two months before the wedding.
• Train/bus / air booking or other means of booking
If you have to take a procession, make a train/bus/air ticket booking. It is difficult to get confirmed tickets due to the huge crowd at the time of marriage. Besides, if you have to go by bus, car, etc., also book it on time.
• Shopping Preparation
First of all, make a list in which make a list of the gifts given to the guests and start taking them accordingly.
• Shadi Party Menu:
This is also an important task in which you have to first decide how many days you have to cook and how much time you have to give food and breakfast.
Prepare the menu list according to that. Also, take care of the weather.

Get the card ready two months before the wedding and send the postcards immediately,
but inform the guests outside the city by phone or mail. Send a soft copy of the card to everyone via mail because no one can take responsibility for whether the card is received on time or not.
So, make sure to call or email guests outside your memory.
The guests of the city should also finish the process of giving the card till fifteen days before the wedding, i.e. start distributing the cards a month before the wedding.
Distribute this work, involve other members of your household in this work or you can choose any outsider for this work.
In this, you send the card by that person and in return, contact your guest on the phone and invite them, this will save your time and the guest will not mind making phone calls.
All these tasks should be finished fifteen days before the wedding. After that those tasks which you will do when you come near the wedding date.
• Distribute all the functions of marriage. Write in a list which responsibility is given to which person and from time to time ask that person about the responsibility and remind them.
• Make a rough list of the guest and decide their living arrangements in rough copy, that is, how many rooms you have, or where you have to accommodate them.
How far is your wedding venue from that place? How many people can stay in it. Decide all this and make an allotment list.
• Contact the guest coming from outside and decide on what day, at what time they will come.
Accordingly, make proper arrangements to receive them. Assign this work to a trusted person but do the task of reminding yourself in time.
• Prepare and pack all the pooja related materials at the wedding. Find out the entire wedding process.
Note it in one place respectively and accordingly determine their time on which day,
at what time the rituals are to be held and what materials will be included in it, as well as which members are required to be in that ceremony.
Prepare the list of all these things and pack the goods according to different functions in the same way.

• Prepare the bag of all your family members a week before the wedding. Packing in which ceremony, when to wear what and when. Gather all the ingredients in one bag.
• Make a list of all the rituals of the wedding, note the time in it and make some copy of it and place it in the place where the rituals are to be held.

• On the wedding day, all the special families should be given the task of attending the guests in advance, where to send them according to their stay,
